While I was driving my Toyota Corrola my car showing temperature gauge on the red zone I did make an appointment to see Warren Washer this morning per Warren my car didn't have the coolant in the RADIATOR he immediate fill up the coolant and my car runs fine. Thank you I would definitely refer to anyone who need help fixing their car

Great experience. I only went in for an oil change but I will go back for any other services I need. They got me in quickly and did the oil change right. Even lent me a gas can to fill up my motorcycle after moving it from Denver.

Went there because I had a Groupon for an oil change. Was very pleasantly surprised at the level of quick and friendly service. Also chatted with the mechanic and one of the proprietors and they seemed very upfront and fair--especially the mechanic who took the time to answer all of my inquiries. Will definitely look to try them again for my next auto repair needs on my German auto. Will report back again with an update after my next appointment.

Yesterday, I decided to let Warren to replace my valve gasket.

I hastated because it was not cheap. I bought this 2007 335i used. After it's replaced I wonder if it feel the same as when the car is brand new! It felt more power and better sound.

Warren and company are the best. I have been bringing my cars to him for a few years and there's a good reason why, trust... it's like family. You remember that commercial that used to be on the radio? Now, You have a friend in the diamond business.. that's European Auto, except with cars.

I had a water pump problem with my 2007 Bimmer 6 month ago. And Warren replaced it for me. Recently I found coolant level dropped and took it to Warren's for my 130K mile checkup. It turned out it's the water pump again. (I researched. And water pump replacement breaks prematurely seems to be a common problem for my car)

Without me asking Warren said that he will take care of the replacement free of charge as it's still under warranty. And it's including parts (coolant flush too) and labor.

Since there is no other issue with my car, and I had a oil change groupon, my car came out of the 130K checkup no additional cost.

Warren continue to meet my expectation of being fair, technical, and reliable. I highly recommend him.

Highest recommendation. We've been bringing our 2001 VW Golf TDI to Warren ever since we were quoted elsewhere on expensive and suspiciously redundant repairs (about 2 years ago). The "$5000 in repairs" in Warren's hands came to $800, and the car we loved but feared losing is still going strong.

The most honest mechanic I've ever met. After a regular maintenance at the dealer, they told me I needed my rear brakes changed and quoted me. I figured I'd call around to see if someone could do it for less and chose European Auto to do the job. Brought it in and he told me I had 40% meat left on my pads! He promptly took it off the rack and sent me on my way with extra holiday cash in my pocket. I will absolutely bring it back here when I actually need to have my brakes changed.

I heard a funny noise in my car but had no problems or warning light but I stopped by on a Saturday. Warren and his team took the time to look at my car, sort out the problem and get me an estimate. I had never met them but they were knowledgeable, professional and friendly.

They found the problem, the part, and the completed the work $200 less than the estimate! I can't say enough good things about Warren and his team. Excellent. They now have a customer for life and I will recommend them to all my friends.

Since I started taking my truck to Warren several months ago I have referred both my dad and my brother. That pretty much speaks for itself. I know he specializes in BMW, Mercedes and the like but he's done great work on all three vehicles: my Ford, my dad's Subaru and my brother's BMW. It's great to have a mechanic who you can trust.

So I bought a set of coilovers for my M3, I know how to put them in, but didnt have the proper work space, so I called European Auto and he quoted me a super cheap price. I dropped off my car the next day, and he even gave me a BMW loaner car!! Picked up my car a few hours later and he did a great job.

Warren is a great mechanic! My mom and I have been bringing our cars to him for years to his shop in Tracy which is about 60 miles from where we live. It's awesome and super convent that they opened a shop down on the peninsula. He is great with BMW's but is even nice enough to work on my Honda for me. It's a great family run business and would highly recommend them to anyone.

I bought a Groupon for 3 oil changes. I was able to get a much needed appointment within a week. When I arrived they were ready, waiting for me. I was greeted and treated very professionally. The owner Warren was the one who did the oil change. He also fixed the squeaking on my brakes! Yay! Great experience.

These guys are great and I would highly recommend their service. I had a problem with a specialty piece of diesel construction equipment that would not start. The jobsite was located near the European Auto in San Carlos so I took it in for a look. These guys literally stopped what they were doing, got my machine running in no time flat, for the cost of a case of beer. Yeah you just don't get honest quality service like this anymore!

My wife has a 2000 BMW 323i. I Love the car but it is high maintenance. My wife could never take her car to get looked at without it costing $500. $175 for an oil change? Please. BMW's leave lots of room for mechanics to charge (and they do!). I was hesitant when my wife said she found a place to take her car but after having the car serviced there a couple times I found this shop (new to San Carlos) to be experienced, reasonable and trustworthy. I wouldn't hesitate to send anyone.

Owner is honest, friendly, and does great work. We take both our cars to him for everything from oil changes to brakes. He has been very accommodating when it comes to working with our schedule. We trust him and have found that his prices are quite reasonable. He is our go-to.

I had a check engine light and didn't know how serious it was. They got me in the same day and let me know what it was and cleaned my cloudy headlights after I asked about replacements. I've been looking for a place to service my 2002 Mercedes. I've tried a few different places but I finally found the regular place that I will take my car...European Auto. I needed front breaks. Their pricing was very reasonable. When they called to let me know my car was ready, they informed me that they replaced a couple of bulbs that were burned but didn't charge me for them. I was pleasantly surprised because I had another Mercedes service place look to replace the bulbs earlier and they convinced me that there was a computer issue that was causing the bulb sensor to trigger. When I went to pick up my car, I thought I was getting in the wrong car because they fixed the driver handle that had been broken for 2 years after someone tried to break into my car. Again, another Mercedes service place convinced me that an expensive part had to be ordered to fix the handle. These guys at European Auto fixed it on their own at their own expense. It was a nice surprise. This is certainly a great way to earn my future business.

I purchased synthetic oil change Groupons and went in yesterday to have my oil changed. Folks, this place is as good as it gets. You can tell straight away that the owner, Warren, is the kind of person that will try to accommodate you and will do exactly what he says. This is exactly what happened.

I phoned Warren and said I was coming. When I arrived Warren greeted me like he really was glad to see me, offered to turn on the television for me to watch while I waited, grabbed the car keys and immediately began work. My car was done quickly, the oil change sensor reset and I was on my way. I have found a new place to get my oil changed!

These guys are awesome. Came in w/ an AC issue and they fixed it up in less than 10min! Turns out my pressure was low, so they topped me off for free! Def coming back if I have any other issue.

Highly recommend this place - I have been here twice trying to get band-aids for my old VW Passat. Both times I was able to get the issue diagnosed quickly and was given options to try a low cost solution first before spending big bucks.

This place is awesome! They are fast, friendly and are all about the customer. I came in for an oil change. They took my car in right away and I was out in 30 minutes! I would have given them 5 stars just for that but it gets better...As I was driving out, the guy runs after me to tell me one of my tail lights and replaces it for me! You don't see customer service like this anymore. I love this place so much I had to write a review right away. Thank you European Auto!! :)

Found this place with a great Groupon for a half price synthetic oil change. Called and got an appointment within two days. Showed up and was immediately helped by the owner, Warren, who was super-friendly and very helpful. I had a leak somewhere as well so Warren checked it out and found the issue and gave me a temp fix. He also told me how to get a good deal on repairing the leak and even replaced a couple brake lightbulbs and had one of his guys buff my headlights for only a few bucks extra. I will definitely be bringing my wife's car here for her oil change in the next week and I am glad to say I have found a new neighborhood mechanic.
